Our approach to system development is based on our deep understanding of each individual business requirement, this is only achieved after we have been involved through a [probable] series of meetings with the whole business team which allows us to fully appreciate the current process levels and more importantly expose those which are potentially required. Before we commence any development work, we will present a system structure table - schema - and discuss with our client management team the planned system and its company integration, we will not start any work until everyone involved has agreed the development detail. The first phase of each of our projects is to develop the visual interface, from our experience the key to any great system is the way in which all of its users interact with it, when agreed, we will then build out the system to Bronze level. Client presentation and discussion at this level allows for any tweaks and enhancements before developing to Silver level, at which stage we will roll out for client evaluation before reaching Gold - Go Live.
"Go live" is a tense time for every operation regardless of the size of solution we have developed and for this reason we will always be on hand, in most cases on site, for this all important day. We have a trained helpline for onward operating support requirements, however big or small.
